I genuinely love doing DNA blood testing — those who know me know I’m a bit of a nerd about it. That said, I take accuracy very seriously. If I get a result that I’m not 100% confident in, I will completely rerun the test. If the results still seem questionable, I will personally reach out to you.

This isn’t just a service I offer — it’s something I’m passionate about. I take the time to do things the right way, using my microcentrifuge and paying close attention to every step. I’m committed to delivering accurate, timely results — but I won’t cut corners to get there.

If anyone chooses to speak negatively about a result, that’s their choice. Just know: I fully understand that inaccurate results would mean losing the trust of my customers — and I’m not in this to lose anyone’s trust. This is my livelihood, and I treat it that way.

Also, please remember: customers are responsible for following proper cross-contamination protocols when submitting samples. That part matters too.
